The Automations department handles many and varied projects. CPE has significant experience in manufacturing one-off industrial process machines and equipment incorporating the latest techniques of materials handling, automation and process control. CPE Automation offers a single source, turnkey responsibility from initial design through to manufacturing and commissioning. In recent years CPE has updated and reconditioned a diverse range of machine tools and process equipment to incorporate CNC controls, ball lead screws, new lubrication systems, servo drives and similar technology increments. Special purpose machines are manufactured for the automotive, whitegoods and other industries in Australia and overseas, including Washing, Leak testing, Metal cutting, Component assembly equipment and Welding assemblies. |
